It’s been ages since I did an outfit post so I thought I’d share a few pics of what I wore on the Blogtacular photowalk around Chelsea last month. Colour and print is always the way to go at Blogtacular but I decided on a slightly more subdued shade of pink to compliment my new Lindy Bop swing skirt. It turned out to be a good choice as I matched the setting perfectly!

I am a big fan of Lindy Bop dresses – in fact, I wore one on the previous year’s photowalk! – but this is the first time I’ve had one of their skirts. I can safely say, however, that I will be ordering more! I don’t think this one is available anymore but I have my eye on a rather fabulous Paris print skirt which may well be taking up residence in my wardrobe soon!

The top is from Next and is quite a loose fit. I’m not sure it works well with this skirt as there is too much volume, so I need to find myself a more fitted top for next time, I think. This one will be great with a pencil skirt, though.

The pointed black flats are my trusty Primark faves, as is the satchel which I got second hand via Vinted a couple of years ago. The gorgeous rose quartz ring is from a little company called Twisted Designs which is well worth checking out.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go buy a new strapless bra because this one is clearly a bad fit! Any recommendations? Come find me on Facebook or Twitter for a natter.

Please note: Images of the photowalk are c/o Amber Rose Photography. I love the last one of my skirt from behind; thanks, Amber!
